Terms & Conditions
JS Farms provides beef through the sale of Whole, Half, and Quarter cows processed to customer specifications. All weights are approximate. Pricing is based on hanging weight and does not include butcher processing fees unless otherwise stated.

JS Farms provides beef through the sale of Whole, Half, and Quarter cows processed to customer specifications. All weights are approximate. Pricing is based on hanging weight and does include butcher processing fees unless otherwise stated.
Deposit and Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your beef share:

Whole Cow: $600
-
Half Cow: $300
-
Quarter Cow: $150

The deposit secures your order and is credited toward your final total.

Final cost is calculated at $6.95/lb (or $6.75/lb, depending on selected tier) based on hanging weight.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before or at time of pickup/delivery.

Processing & Buchers Instructions

After your deposit is received, you will be directed to complete a cut preference form.

If we do not receive your form within 48 hours, we may use standard cut instructions.

Customers are responsible for coordinating with the processor if special cuts are required.
Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable due to the nature of custom livestock processing.

If you cancel your order after the cow has been processed, you are still responsible for the remaining balance.

If JS Farms cannot fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
Pick up and Delivery

Pickup location and timing will be communicated once your beef is processed.

Delivery may be available within a limited area for an additional fee.

Any product left unclaimed 14 days after notification may be forfeited without refund.
Quality Guarantee
We strive to provide high-quality, farm-raised beef. Due to the nature of livestock and processing, some variation in taste, marbling, and weight may occur. All beef is processed, vacuum sealed, and frozen for freshness.
Limitation of Liability
JS Farms is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the processing facility, transport issues, or acts of nature. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the beef share.
Privacy Policy
Your personal data will only be used to process your order and communicate regarding your purchase. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent.
Change of Terms
JS Farms reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the effective date.
